Three tasks.
That's the whole screen.
Plannly's priority engine weighs importance, urgency, effort and your energy — then shows you only your Top 3. No endless lists, no guilt. You stop re-planning and start finishing.

Capture everything. See almost nothing.
The magic isn't what Plannly shows you — it's what it hides.
Brain-dump it all
Every task, errand and someday-maybe goes in. Quick capture takes seconds — the fine-tuning (deadlines, effort, energy, goals) is there when you want it, hidden when you don't.
The engine ranks
Importance, deadline urgency, effort, energy level and goal alignment are weighed automatically. Older tasks slowly rise so nothing rots at the bottom of a list.
You see three
Your Focus screen shows the Top 3 and nothing else. Finish them, load the next three. Completed cards stay put as visible wins — they're never silently swapped away.
Designed around how ADHD actually works
Not a productivity system to maintain. A screen that tells you what's next.
A real priority engine
No dragging cards around. Priority = importance + deadline urgency + a nudge for aging tasks, tuned so hard tasks don't get deferred forever.
Low-energy mode
Rough day? One tap re-ranks toward quick wins — small, satisfying tasks that rebuild momentum instead of demanding willpower you don't have.
Streaks without shame
Streak freezes cover missed days, and broken streaks get a compassionate reset — your total progress never disappears. Momentum, not punishment.
Goals with milestones
Break big goals into milestones, link tasks to them, and watch progress fill itself in. Daily action and long-term direction on the same screen.
Repeats, blocks & time slots
Daily, weekly or multi-day monthly repeats. Block a task behind a prerequisite. Group your day into morning, afternoon and evening. Export to your calendar.
Private by design
No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your tasks live on your device and nowhere else. We couldn't read them if we wanted to.
Free forever. Pro is yours forever.
No subscription. No locked-away data. The free plan is genuinely useful — Pro just goes deeper.

Questions, answered
Is the free plan actually free, or a trial in disguise?
Actually free, forever. You get the full priority engine, 15 active tasks, a goal with milestones, streaks and low-energy mode. New installs also get a 14-day Pro preview — when it ends you drop to the free plan with all your data intact. The paywall only ever appears if you tap a Pro feature.
When does the app launch?
Plannly is in final testing for both the App Store and Google Play. Email us and we'll let you know the moment it's live.
Where does my data live?
On your device, full stop. There's no account, no sync server and no analytics tracking your tasks. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. See the privacy policy for the complete picture.
Why a one-time purchase instead of a subscription?
Because a to-do app charging rent feels wrong. You buy Pro once and it's yours for life, including updates. If Plannly grows server-side features someday, the lifetime promise for existing buyers stays.
Is Plannly a medical or therapeutic tool?
No. Plannly is a task manager designed with ADHD-friendly principles — fewer choices, visible wins, compassionate streaks. It isn't medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and it's not a substitute for professional care.
How do refunds work?
Purchases go through the App Store and Google Play, so their standard refund policies apply. Something not working? Email support first — most problems are fixable.
